It methodically walks you through all 7 canonical hours of the Divine Office, along with a few 'specimen' offices showing what prayers are said in a step-by-step explanation. This book covers the rubrics of Breviaries published between 1911 and 1954 (known as "Divino Afflatu" editions), as the Breviary was reformed by Pope Pius XII in 1955.  Available in softcover and hardcover, both in a handy 'pocket' sized format which could be easily carried about with your Breviary.
